Besides having high damage modifiers to increase mob clear. The easiest way I found since release to unlock the passive consist of a few things.
1. Fletch skill mod - to increase and add AOE damage
2. 2nd skill - to add more damage because you have 0 or low damage mods
3. Optional - 2 shop rng to skip stage clears - you need at least 1 shop stage skip to hit under 2 min.
Typically the boss fight takes about 30-45 seconds.
Totally forgot to show the actual skill at the end so here it is.
Astrid's Masterpiece - Priorite
Every 5.4 seconds, apply a Mark to a random nearby enemy. Each attack against a Marked enemy grans 25% Movement Speed for 1.5 seconds and deals 35% additional Damage.
Damage dealt to the Mark increases by 50% with each consecutive attack. On the 6th attack, it explodes dealing 200% damage.
