Monoprice Mini Delta V1 3D Printer - Setting up a virtual COM port using the built-in WiFi (for when you just cannot get USB to work)
This video is for the original Monoprice Mini Delta (2017-2021). I do not know how the upcoming Monoprice Mini Delta V2 (mid-2021???) will work.

Short Version of the Video Tutorial
1. Unplug USB.
2. Follow these instructions to setup the WiFi
https://www.mpminidelta.com/wifi/g-co...
3. Connect to the same WiFi as the printer.
4. Follow the link to download/install Malyan Link
https://www.mpminidelta.com/wifi/windows
5. Run Malyan Link and let it setup the Virtual COM Port.
6. Now you can connect to your printer as if USB was plugged in, except it is much slower and unreliable.
Note: M503 doesn't seem to work, so that's a bummer.
If you plan on using the built-in WiFi often, then this project may be worth a look. I have not tried it for myself.
