Our friends at FDT who make Rhepanol single ply membrane have made a set of installation videos. These videos are an excellent introduction to how the product is installed and will give you a useful insight into both the process and the appearance of the finished roof, joints and details.
This video demonstrates forming Internal Corners in flashings in Rhepanol fk single ply roofing membrane.
Rhepanol PIB is made from polyisobutylene (PIB), a synthetic rubber which is also used in chewing gum. It is the only membrane currently available with a full Life Cycle Assessment that meets DIN EN ISO 14040 part ff, showing that it has no significant environmental impact at any time between its manufacturer and eventual disposal.
Rhepanol is available in two types; Rhepanol fk, with either self-sealing edge and gripfix system or its weldable cousin, and Rhepanol hg, version suitable for green roof applications.
More information about the Rhepanol single ply roofing systems including details, document downloads and BIM objects are available from the SIG Design & Technology website here:

Please remember that single ply membranes should only be installed by a trained and accredited contractor. Training in these membranes takes place at our Shepshed headquarters, according to SPRA and NFRC approved criteria. Roofs installed by our Design and Technology Accredited Contractors (DATAC) qualify for a range of system guarantees, and contractors are supported with technical expertise and a team of field technicians. Find out more about DATAC here:
