When we started talking about what was possible with filming this version of the song, we were hopeful but trying to manage our expectations. As all the pieces and people started coming together, I really began to see what it could be. But it wasn't until we all gathered and played it for the first time that we knew we had stumbled upon something really special.
This song is about finally recognizing the things in this world that try to divide us and putting your foot down to say I won't and I can't be a part of that. To have all the diversity in the room with all of us endorsing that message was really a dream come true.
