Quinoa general information:
Quinoa is a flowering plant in the amaranth family, prepared and eaten as a grain. It is grown primarily for its edible seeds. Which are rich in protein, dietary fiber, B vitamins, and dietary minerals in amounts greater than in many grains. Unlike some plant proteins, quinoa is a complete protein, meaning that it contains all 9 essential amino acids that our bodies cannot make on their own. Quinoa is also naturally gluten-free and can be eaten safely if one has gluten intolerance such as celiac disease.

Whole moong (green gram) – 1 cup
Quinoa – ½ cup
Methi (fenugreek seeds) – 1 tsp
Cumin (jeera) seeds – 1 tsp
Ginger – ½ inch piece
Green chili – 1-2 (adjust to taste)
Curry leaves – 1 sprig
Fresh coriander leaves – a few
Salt – to taste
Water – for soaking and grinding

Quinoa = 1cup
Rolled Oats = 1cup
Moong dal - 1 Table spoon
Chana dal - 1 Table spoon
salt to taste
Water for soaking and grinding
Ghee/oil for roasting
**†******Quinoa pancake : 09:32**************
½ cup uncooked Quinoa( approx. 2cups cooked quinoa)
1 cup water
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup Chickpea flour (for protein)
1 cup Water (adjust as needed)
1/2 tsp Cumin powder
1/2 tsp red chili flakes
1/4 tsp Black pepper (optional)
2 tbsp Chopped coriander leaves
1/2 tsp Salt
1 small Green chili (finely chopped, optional)
1 inch ginger (finely chopped)
2 small shallots (finely chopped)
1 medium carrot grated
**†*******Quinoa lentils dosa*******
🥣Ingredients for Quinoa and Lentils Breakfast Recipe
1 cup red quinoa
½ cup urad dal (split black gram)
¼ cup chana dal (split chickpeas)
¼ cup moong dal (split green gram)
1 teaspoon fenugreek seeds (methi)
Salt to taste
Water as needed
Oil for cooking
********Quinoa green lentils dosa: 14:45*******
🧺 Ingredients:-
For Batter:
½ cup quinoa
½ cup green lentils (or masoor dal or moong dal)
¼ cup rolled oats (for binding)
1 tbsp flaxseeds (or chia seeds, for elasticity)
1 green chili
½ tsp cumin seeds
1/2-inch ginger
1 cup water (adjust for consistency)
Salt, to taste
2 tbsp coconut oil/ghee (for cooking)
🧺Chutney Ingredients:-
Grated Coconut - 1/2 cup
Cashewnuts - 5
Roasted chana dal - 1 tbsp
Ginger - 1/2 inch
Green chili - 1
Mint leaves - 4-5
Coriander leaves - few
Salt to taste
Lemon juice - 1tsp
Water - 1/2 cup
All ingredients are blended to fine paste
🧺Tempering:-
Oil - 2 tsp
Mustard seeds- 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Red chili - 1
Curry leaves - 5-6
Pour over the chutney
