Up to the day this flight took place, no one had yet flown a glider for 750 kms entirely inside Wales.
This video shows one attempt to achieve this, launching from Denbigh Gliding at Lleweni Parc, Denbigh, North Wales by two two-seat gliders and their crews. The 2nd pilots didn't touch the controls during over 9 hours of flying as the attempt was being made by the two pilots named in the video but sandwiches and biscuits were professionally handled :-)
