Gawin mo ito sa pork ribs mo — promise, mapaparami ang kain ng buong pamilya! Ito na ang Pinoy pork ribs recipe na may sarsang panalo sa sarap at perfect sa kahit anong okasyon.
Sa video na 'to, ituturo namin kung paano gumawa ng sinarsahang pork ribs na lutong bahay pero lasang barbecue o kahit pang-restaurant pa. Ang sarsa? Grabe, SARSA PA LANG ulam na! 😋
Pwede rin ito gawin with Sprite para mas tender at flavorful. Inspired by classic Panlasang Pinoy recipes, pero may twist na siguradong patok sa lahat.
🧂 Mga Sangkap (Ingredients):
For Marinating:
2 kilos pork ribs
2 cups soy sauce
¼ cup oyster sauce
⅔ cup brown sugar
1 whole garlic, minced
1 cup ketchup
⅔ cup calamansi juice
2 tsp salt
2 tsp black pepper
2 cups Sprite
For the Sauce:
1 cup ketchup
⅓ cup brown sugar
⅛ cup soy sauce
¼ cup oil
For garnish:
Chopped spring onions
🍳 Paraan ng Pagluluto (Instructions):
1. Marinate the pork ribs in soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ketchup, calamansi juice, salt, pepper, and Sprite. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes (overnight for best results).
Optional: To tenderize faster, transfer everything (including marinade) to a pressure cooker. Add more Sprite until ribs are just covered. Pressure cook for 10–15 minutes, depending on cut thickness.
2. After cooking, transfer the ribs (with marinade) to a pan or kawali and sauté for a bit to add a toasty flavor.
3. Make the sauce: In a bowl, mix ketchup, brown sugar, soy sauce, and oil. Pour this into the pan with the ribs.
4. Simmer and stir until the sauce thickens and coats the ribs nicely.
5. Plate, garnish with spring onions, and serve. Mapaparami kain mo, promise!
