Our immune system is not just important for reducing the risk of getting an infection, but also for increasing our overall wellbeing.

Jenna explains that our immune system is affected by over nutrition and under nutrition, and that fasting can help replenish our immune system
It’s not just what we’re eating that matters, but also the quantity and timing of our food intake. When we eat, there’s a subtle inflammation that occurs in the body and this is quite normal. Eating enough, and the right things, at one meal means that we don’t necessarily need to eat until the next meal. This break between eating meals assists our gut health and our overall health.
Eating all our food within a 12 hour window is achievable for most of us and allows our body time to regenerate and our gut to perform other tasks.
Looking after our immune system is important, both for how we feel today and for our future health.
