Jeremy Girouard and I had a blast fishing Henderson Lake. He fishes Henderson Lake at least four times a week and stays on top the fish. We had just as much fun cooking and eating the fish later that night as we did fishing on our fishing trip. Blackening the fish is one of my favorite recipes.
