Welcome to one of Paris' most spectacular streets: la rue Réaumur. Filmed in Paris on March 10, 2023 on an iPhone 12 Pro.
The section of the street we cover today originated during the Belle Epoque, a time when architects and urban designers used new building materials and showed no restraint when creating spectacular and often exuberant buildings for commercial and industrial purposes.
Join Véro on a blustery March morning as she tells stories about la rue Réaumur's past and present.
Note: the market street featured in the second half of the tour is rue Montorgueil, 2nd arrondissement.
