Online Marketing Video - Best Practices

Here are a few simple tips to help you "nail it" when you record your next online video or video blog post.

"Hi, my name is Jonathan with Valorous Circle, and today I want to talk to you about some best practices that you can experience…well, there was a good example---I messed up what I was trying to say.
On the video, when you mess it up, it’s really simple. Just stop, pause, and be silent for three seconds. Seems like an eternity when you’re watching the video, doesn’t it? But it allows our editors to go in and very easily trim that out, get your audio, so that your audio in the final video after it’s been edited and optimized is perfectly smooth. We’ll take care of making you look good; we’ll bring in the necessary coverage footage---everything will be fine. But when you make a mistake doing your recording, simply do that. Pause, count to three, and then start back up at an easy startup point, it’s really that simple. So, what like I said…well that’s not I meant to say.
