Just flying my quadcopter testing my new Naza m lite in the wind when the screw threads stripped causing the motor to fly off. Broke 2 propellers and stripped the motor mount holes but that was all the damage AFIK since it wasn't too far off the ground, only 10-15ft. The stock screws are a tad short. Might be able to salvage the motor with longer screws but I have a spare motor at least. Glad I wasn't hovering over the 80ft deep pit!
