Going to get in really good shape as we clean out. Push pull legs. Today I breakdown my current pull day and why I do certain things.
1. Pull ups - 4 x 10-12 (wide grip & close grip)
2. Barbell Rows - 3 x 8-12
3. Plate Loaded ISO Row - 3 x 8-12 (stay controlled on the movement. Focus on the negative)
4. Close grip Pulldown - 3 x 10-12
5. Machine Preacher Curls - 3 x 8-12
6. DB concentration curls - 3 x 10-15
