In a previous video, I talked about wanting to try out journaling at a coffee shop. This may not seem like a big deal, but for someone who feels uncomfortable drawing attention in public areas, it was such a scary idea.

But I decided to step out of my comfort zone anyway to try out journaling at my local café. And I really enjoyed the experience! And guess what - I also discovered that nobody cared and nobody gave me any negative attention for recording in public. Whew!
