Dr Chennupati Jagadish AC and his team discuss their cutting-edge research project that combined technologies in stem cell research with artificial intelligence to grow “mini brains” in a petri dish to better understand the function of a healthy brain versus the brain of someone living with dementia. The results of this project are expected to open a new chapter for the therapeutic treatment of Alzheimer’s disease.
