In this webinar, Dr. Katie Hu, MD, ABOIM, will explore the origins and workings of UCLA’s pioneering Center for East-West Medicine, founded in 1993. The Center’s associate director, Dr. Hu will explain the durable UCLA model by highlighting its clinical practice, operations, educational programs, and research activities. She will also discuss fellowship opportunities, the Center’s recent expansion into pediatrics, and its growing community partnerships—demonstrating how integrative care can be effectively embedded into a major conventional health system.
