Prorata: India’s First Fractional Car Ownership Platform
Prorata makes it possible to co-own your dream car by investing as little as 8.33% of
the car’s total cost. It’s designed for people who want a car for occasional or
experiential use without the burden of loans, EMIs, down payments, or rentals.
How It Works:

●1 Car = 12 Tickets
Each car is divided into 12 equal ownership shares (tickets).
●1 Ticket = 8.33% Ownership
One ticket gives you 30 days of usage per year for 5 years.
●More Tickets, More Usage
You can own up to 3 tickets, which gives you 60 or 90 days of usage
annually.
●End of Term
After 5 years, the car is sold to the highest bidder, and the resale value is
distributed among all co-owners based on their ownership share.

Community-Based Ownership:
We group 4–12 people living within a 5–10 km radius who are interested in
co-owning the same car.
Seamless Experience:
All bookings are managed through the Prorata app. Simply select the dates you need the car, and our driver will deliver it to your doorstep and pick it up afterward.

Note: Prorata is not meant for daily commutes, it's designed for special occasions, experiences, and weekend drives.
