This is the part 5 of a series where I review my book "The Single Plane Golf Swing, Play Better Golf the Moe Norman Way". in this series I use common sense to uncover specific details of natural body movements of Moe Norman's swing to help you rethink your golf swing and, in the process, discover the easiest way to play golf.

In this video I revisit the importance of the backswing as it relates to the downswing to help you understand that the movement into the trail leg during the backswing can help you separate the body to achieve the proper change of directions (transition) into the downswing. This is how Moe produced what he described the "vertical drop", where the hands and arms move correctly into the downswing.
