INGREDIENTS
‣ 1 egg
‣ 100 ml milk (~3.4 fl oz or ~⅓ cup)
‣ 1 tablespoon sugar
‣ 1.5 tablespoons instant coffee
‣ 50 ml water (~1.7 fl oz or ~3 tablespoons + 1 teaspoon)
‣ Grated chocolate (for topping)

RECIPE
1. Start by making sure all your ingredients are cold — this helps achieve the perfect texture.
2. Make the coffee: mix boiling water with the instant coffee in a cup and let it cool to room temperature.
3. Separate the egg yolk from the white. Set the egg white aside.
4. In a bowl, whisk the egg yolk with sugar until smooth.
5. Add milk and stir well.
6. Pour in the cooled coffee.
7. Whisk the egg white until it becomes foamy.
8. Gently fold the foamy egg white into the coffee mixture.
9. Pour the drink into a glass.
10. Top with grated chocolate for an extra treat.
