Spring is Great for Evening Woodland Photography

One of the greatest pleasures of being a landscape photographer is being at one with nature as the sun rises and mist dances through the trees. However, often overlooked are the delights of finishing your day in the woods as the light dwindles, the birds sing and the light takes on a new feeling against the emerging foliage and the cool dry bark. I love the springtime for late evening wanders, so here's some insights and images from my recent woodland explorations.
