My Kitchen & Home Helpers | Must Have Kitchen Essentials | Healthy Soya Tikki Recipe | Home Gupshup

Homemaking can get interesting and fun if we try to creatively work around our daily chores or tasks. I know a lot of homemakers like me have things handy at home that come to the rescue. Well let’s call them our helpers that we use day in & day out to keep the work flow smooth throughout the day. With latest gadgets and also interesting kitchen items that are coming out every day I am someone who enjoys finding innovative things for my home.

Recipe for Soya Tikki
Boil some potatoes , soak soya chunks in hot water with salt and keep aside
Finely chop veggies like
Carrots, beans, cabbage, spring onion greens, normal greens and other veggies of your choice
Mix these veggies with boiled potatoe and crushed soya chunks
Add spices : Red chillli powder, jeera powder, black salt and Mango powder (amchur)
Mix everything well and add bread crumbs to this for the right consistency
Make round cutlets
Cover with bread crumbs again for a nice crust
Shallow fry them
Serve with a dip of your choice or eat with toast bread and soup for dinner
