It been a while that I haven’t visit LA City Hall since early 2019! The main historic tower elevators were originally either Otis or Westinghouse and got fully modernized by Dover. The cab of those elevators are very nice and does have a beautiful historical cab design. There are eight elevators but only four serve the low rise (1-10) while other four serve the high rise serve (10-22). The shuttle elevators was added it later on was installed by Dover serving 22-26 are also in this video as well. There is one more shuttle elevator that serve 26 & 27 is also installed by Dover will be on the separate video.
