𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐑𝐄𝐃𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒:
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐢𝐥𝐤 𝐂𝐚𝐤𝐞 -
Water (पानी) - 1.5 Cup
Milk Powder (दूध का पाउडर) - 2 Cup
Lemon Juice (नींबू का रस) - 2 Tsp
Sugar (चीनी) - 1/2 Cup
Ghee (घी) - 3 Tbsp
Pistachio (पिस्ता) - Some
Butter Paper (बटर पेपर) - As Required

𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐡𝐨𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐞𝐬 -
Biscuits (बिस्कुट) - 300 gram
Milk (दूध) - 1/2 Cup
Sugar (चीनी) - 1/3 Cup
Cocoa Powder (कोको पाउडर) - 1/4 Cup
Amul Butter (अमूल बटर) - 100 gram
Butter Paper (बटर पेपर) - As Required
Dark Chocolate (डार्क चॉकलेट) - 100 gram

𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄:
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐢𝐥𝐤 𝐂𝐚𝐤𝐞, take some Water & put Milk Powder into it & mix well. Keep the heavy bottom pan on the flame & put Milk Powder mixture in it. Stir it continuously & put the Lemon Juice & cook it. Scrap the Milk from the sides of the pan. Then put Sugar and ghee & cook well by stirring it continuously. Transfer the Mawa to the greased Tin cover the tin with a plate and then cover it with a thick cloth. Keep it in a warm place for 4-5 hours. Finally, de-mold the cake & cut it into pieces & garnish it with chopped Pistachios & enjoy! In this way, Milk Cake, Halwai Style Kalakand will be ready at home.
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐡𝐨𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐞𝐬, keep the pan for heating & put Milk, Sugar, Cocoa Powder, and Butter. Cook for 3-4 minutes by stirring it continuously. Then take a big bowl, put broken Biscuits & pour the mixture on it, and coat the biscuits with the mixture. Take a butter paper & put the mixture on it & keep the butter paper on it. Press the mixture with butter paper & make the tight roll as shown in the video, and set it in the freezer overnight. Take it out from the fridge and cut it into pieces. At last, dip the pieces into melted dark chocolate & set for some time. Serve & enjoy! In this way, Amazing chocolate & biscuit cookies will be ready for Rakhi.
