'Flying Scotsman' visit to the West Somerset Railway: 3rd — 7th of September 2017 (2025 Re-Edit)

This video was recorded when I had lower-quality equipment at my disposal, and whilst I have attempted to remaster and edit the footage/audio to make it more watchable, it won't be up to the standards of what I usually do now, so just a fair warning.

With my upcoming trip to the West Somerset Railway for 'Flying Scotsman's second visit to the line at the end of June, I thought I'd go and re-edit my earlier trip from September 2017 when the engine made its first visit.

Being fully honest, it was pretty disorganised filming-wise, with not really having a plan in place and just going with whatever happened. However, my upcoming visit will be far better, I promise you.

Due to this video’s length, it has been broken down into ‘Chapters’ where certain parts of the video have been labelled correspondingly. Here, you can choose which parts of the video you want to watch without having to search the entire feature.
LS = Lineside; all shots taken from stations and vantage points.
WS = Windowside; all shots taken from the droplights of passenger trains. The locomotive/s hauling it will be added too.
You can view these chapters in the video playback bar or the description, where they’ll be listed with their time codes.
