30 Minute Leg Day : Follow Along: GYM or HOME

Follow along as I complete a 30 minute leg day from my home gym. You ca replace any of the equipment with dumbbells only, bands only or bodyweight. If you do bodyweight double the number of reps.
Workout Breakdown:
Set clock for 30 mins and complete as many rounds of the following:
1. 8 Squats
2. 8 RDLs
3. 8 Deadlifts
4. 16 Alternating Reverse Lunges (8 per leg)
5. 8 Glute Thrusts
