Birding etc. with the Nikon P950 - January 2025

I mentioned in the video the Nik Collection at one time offered by Google for free. DxO have now updated this software and offer a free unlimited 30 day trial after which there would be a license fee. However the free version can still be found on the internet. You can read more about it here: -

There is a problem with the macOS version for which some YouTubers have found a workaround. Only the TechSpot download link works at the present time. Note that the software is normally used as a plugin to be called from other software like Lightroom or Photoshop. It can be used in standalone mode but you'll need to create your own links. On a Windows PC the executables can be found under Program Files\Google\
The Nik Collection programs only work with JPEG and TIFF files.
