Hiking to Everest Base Camp was a whirlwind experience! It combined elements of some previous adventures: the altitude of Kilimanjaro and the long-distance hikes of Patagonia.
Nepal's scenery feels unmatched though! The majestic mountains and vibrant villages greeted us along the way; so did the sultry sun, wicked winds, relentless rain, and slippery snow as we encountered all four seasons. The trail was rough and difficult at times, but the journey was humbling, inspiring, and satisfying. We soaked in the sights and wove a myriad of memories together over 10 days. Grateful for the opportunity to see the beautiful Himalayan landscape up close and personal - a trip implanted on our hearts forever.
