Drawing on his experience across therapy, strategy, and creative inquiry, Professor Fateh explores how organizations, like clinics, must engage with and work through their deepest tensions and paradoxes. Using recent research—including axiomatic design approaches to organizational paradoxes—he reveals strategies for moving organizations beyond simply managing contradictions to structurally resolving them. Participants will gain new perspectives and practical tools for fostering adaptive, resilient systems in the face of persistent competing demands and ambiguities.

Professor Eenasul Fateh is celebrated for his transdisciplinary work spanning social science, psychology, strategic consulting, and the arts. A board member at the Tavistock Institute, he’s advised leading corporations, government, and cultural organizations while teaching at top UK universities. Fateh’s trauma-informed, paradox-driven approach helps dismantle boundaries and uncover innovative solutions in complex organizations. Combining theory with creative practice, he supports sustainable transformation at both system and individual levels, and helps resolve the paradoxes at the heart of human systems.
