This is my story about having lived with Ankylosing Spondylitis since the age of 18. I hope to motivate anyone with the condition either mild or severe. This is just my experience and personal opinion only. I live in Melbourne Australia and have lived a very full life with all its ups and downs. My aim is to help give anyone with this or any autoimmune disease - be it Rheumatoid Arthritis, Psoriasis arthritis, or any inflammatory condition. What has worked for me is stoicism and mindfulness and a positive mindset.
