Week one of my 2026 running journey is officially done.
This week started with walking, listening to my body, and just getting outside. There were days with low motivation, sore legs, cramps after a mile, and moments where I felt weak. By the end of the week, I finally started running — even when it hurt — and learned that consistency matters more than intensity.
These videos are for anyone starting a running journey, easing into beginner running, or trying to build a fitness habit without burning out. Week one wasn’t perfect, but it was honest — and it showed me I can keep going.
