Many things define the characters we create but just like in real life interaction, someone's face and the head is our first point of visual contact. As an artist, we can use the characteristics we see every day, fine-tune and exaggerate them to express who our character is. In this video, we will explore what different head shapes tend to represent and how to quickly it can set the mood for whoever you are drawing. We will also discuss some ways on how to practice this exercise.
