Power dissipated formula confusion (RESOLVED)

Does power dissipated in a resistor increases or decreases with resistance?
There are two formula for power dissipated. P = V^2/R and P = I^2 R.
One says power dissipated is directly proportional to resistance while the other says it's inversely proportional to resistance. So, if the resistance of the circuit increases, what happens to the power dissipated?
