Is PvZ2 Rhubarbarian REALLY Overpowered?

Most of us were introduced to Rhubarbarians during their Arena tournament and they came with a bunch of powerful special abilities.

They can punch zombies off the lawn, they can stun zombies, and they even damage zombies around them as they enter the board.

But does all that really make them an OP or overpowered plant in PvZ2?
