Midnight In Motion marks the third release of The Indian Techno Project, a series dedicated to exploring the intersection of India’s classical heritage and modern electronic music.

This track is deeply rooted in Raag Bhairavi, a foundational Raag in Hindustani classical music. While traditionally associated with the morning, Bhairavi’s specific use of Komal (flat) notes provides a haunting, meditative, and serious atmosphere that thrives in a midnight setting. By merging these traditional Swaras with driving Techno and Trap rhythms, Midnight In Motion creates a sonic experience that bridges the gap between ancient melody and the future of the dancefloor.

The Project
Produced under the WikiFied Originals label, this project is a mission by Wiki to translate the complexity of Indian Music into a high-energy, global format. Based in Dubai, this series aims to showcase the versatility of classical scales through the lens of modern, industrial production.
