"Bow Hulas" are an exercise to create flexibility in the bow hand, created by violist Hillary Herndon. This demonstration is from her lecture "Four-Step Spiccato" at the American Viola Society Mini-Festival at The Colburn School in Los Angeles, which took place in conjunction with the Primrose International Viola Festival in December 2021.
