Many adoptive parents struggle with post-adoption depression after their child is placed in their home. This can leave them feeling isolated, guilty, and hopeless. Last week, I shared some common signs of post-adoption depression. In this week's video, I share some of the reasons why parents fall into these feelings and how we can begin to overcome post-adoption depression. If you are an adoptive parent experiencing any of these feelings, just know you are not alone!
