Kurisu Plays The Sims 3 - Side Job | Exploring Sunset Valley - Episode 4

Searching all over town for useful objects for sale is one of the ways to achieve our goals, as long as you know how to use this tool. In the meantime, we do our official job, which brings in less income, but lets us get to know the townies.

Welcome to the Town Exploration Series!
I created these series to take a close look at each town in The Sims 3 and build my own Sims Town at the end!
The new series begins in Sunset Valley, where I set specific goals and choose a character.

The goals are:
1. Social Challenge: Meet Every Sim in the town
2. Business Challenge: Purchase every possible community center (the red lots)
3. Cats Challenge: Adopt Cat(s) and build area in the house for them
4. Real Estate Challenge: Own and develop every business lot in the town (the blue lots)
5. House Challenge: Build a house close to the town style
6. Sunset Valley Challenge: Befriend all Goths, Landgraabs, and Altos

About the character: Silviria Traveler is a young, confident lady who works as a detective in each city. Her passion, intellect, and luck make her rich pretty fast. She is often followed by cats.
