How to Batch a Negroni, Daiquiri & Long Island Iced Tea!

Today on Booze On The Rocks, we batched a Negroni, Daiquiri, and a Long Island Iced Tea. I used Dave Arnold's technique to determine the water required to batch multiple cocktails into a bottle. I used 500 ml bottles, which gave me four cocktails per bottle. It's easier than you think to pre-batch cocktails for a gathering of friends. Use this method to get you out from behind the bar and into the party. Try it out, and let me know what you think.

BATCHED NEGRONI

4 oz/120 ml Dry Gin
4 oz/120 ml Sweet Vermouth
4 oz/120 Campari
4 oz/30 ml Water

Method

1. Ad all the ingredients into the bottle.
2. Shake to combine.
3. Store in the fridge for later use.

BATCHED DAIQUIRI

4 oz/120 ml Lime Juice
4 oz/120 ml Simple Syrup
8 oz/240 ml White Rum
4 oz/30 ml Water

Method

1. Ad all the ingredients into the bottle.
2. Shake to combine.
3. Store in the fridge for later use.

BATCHED LONG ISLAND ICED TEA

2 oz/60 ml Lemon Juice
2 oz/60 ml Simple Syrup
2 oz/60 ml White Rum
2 oz/60 ml Vodka
2 oz/60 ml Dry Gin
2 oz/60 ml Blanco Tequila
2 oz/60 ml Triple Sec
2 oz/60 ml Water
1 Can of Cola

Method

1. Add all of the ingredients to the bottle except the cola.
2. Shake to mix.
3. Store in the fridge for later use.
5. Serve with a can of cola.
