Is the new Kershaw Bel Air their take on the Benchmade 940-1, 6105CF pocket Knife review

The Kershaw Bel Air and the Benchmade 940-1 have a lot of similarities on paper. Both feature a similar lock and deployment method, carbon fiber scales, a super steel, reversible pocket, etc. But where do they differ, which is better Magnacut or S90V.
