We’re stepping into the filler arc now, going through frames I haven’t covered in a while. In this build, I went for a shield regen setup for tanking, if you don’t like it, you can always swap it for Rolling Guard or any survivability method you prefer.

Abilities:

Passive – 25% status duration. Simple, but effective.

Spores – Once the best nuking ability in the game. It’s not what it used to be, but still solid. There are just more effective methods of playing her now.
Augment: Revealing Spores – Mandatory if you’re using her for ability damage.
Augment: Venom Dose – Mandatory if you’re using her as a weapon buffer.

Molt – Provides status cleanse and movement speed. No animation, so it’s perfect for shield gating.
Augment: Regenerative Molt – Not worth using since she’s not a health tank.

Toxic Lash – The bread and butter of her weapon-buffing playstyle. Grants forced Toxin procs on all weapons, insanely good for damage even though Toxin itself is not that good of an element. The interactions here are endless: it scales with Toxin mods from Venom Dose, other external buffs, and even Toxin mods on your weapons (even if they combine into other elements).
Augment – Contagion Cloud – Completely useless right now. The clouds have 0% status chance and can’t apply Toxin. If DE gave them status chance, this would instantly become one of the best augments in the game, but as of now, skip it.

Miasma – Required if you’re running the Spores nuking setup. For weapon buffing, it’s not worth it. Roar is the best subsume for damage, but Nourish works fine too.

Final Thoughts:
She is called the Queen of Damage for a reason, and even if there are frames like Cyte-09, Lavos and Oraxia that do similar stuff, she just does it best. All of the others have some gimmicks or mechanics that make them not as good as Saryn. She is in the ballpark of frames that really have only 2 good abilities if even that, but it shows that if you have 1 busted ability you can go a long way.
