President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. administers the oath of office to the newly promoted generals and flag officers of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), as well as to a graduate of the Foreign Pre-Commissioned Training Institutions (FPCTI), during a ceremony at Malacañan Palace on January 7, 2026.
A total of 38 newly promoted AFP officers, along with one FPCTI graduate, take their oath before the Commander-in-Chief.
