Leading Young Graduation Ceremony 2025 - Full Coverage

The Leading Young Graduation Ceremony is an event that marks the efforts, dedication, learnings and the investment in their leadership and a moment to celebrate accomplishment of the process they have been on with us this year.
We are pleased to graduated a Cohort of over 90 leaders across different programs:

1. Members of County Assembly (MCA) - These are participants from one of our programs - The MCA Fellowship. They are elected and nominated Members of County Assembly (MCAs) from different parts of the country. Members of County Assembly (MCAs) are elected representatives at the county level under Kenya's devolved system of government, as established by the 2010 Constitution.
2. Women - These are participants from one of our programs - The Pathways Women’s Program. These are women from different industries and sectors and at different leadership stages in their lives graduating from the Pathways Women’s Program.
3. Youth - These are participants from one of our programs - The Elevate Program. The Leading Young Elevate Program is a personal and professional development program for students and immediate graduates looking to grow in leading self others.
4. Church and Ministry Workers - These are participants from one of our programs - The Leading Young Visionary Program. It is designed for church and ministry workers that takes a holistic approach to leadership, going beyond spiritual capacity-building to also emphasize the personal and professional development needed for effective ministry in today's world.
