It's no debate, the Tippmann TiPX paintball pistol is one of the most successful selling Magfed markers in history. It's durability, reliability (with roundball), and at one point it's low cost, made it the first Magfed marker for a lot of players getting into the genre. When FSR was introduced, it was only logical to try and combine those features of the TiPX with the performance capability of the First Strike Rounds. Besides addressing the breach non-compatibility, the other major factor was the magazine. In this video we compare the different magazines that were introduced to address that issue. Their features, improvements, and what they still need to improve upon.
