This project is inspired by Dale Chihuly. An artist who has changed how glass-blowing is viewed within the Fine Art world. In this project, we are playing with the wet-on-wet technique and Neocolors in order to recreate the transparent quality of glass! Let loose, play, have fun, and allow the paint and water to do the work.
