Bloemfontein, October 1 -- Sheryl Cwele has had her sentence for drug dealing increased by eight years in the Supreme Court of Appeal. The former wife of State Security Minister, Siyabonga Cwele, was found guilty of drug dealing in May 2011, together with her co-accused, Frank Nabolisa. Cwele and Nabolisa were each sentenced to 12 years in prison, but Cwele was granted R100, 000 bail, while Nabolisa remained in custody. The Supreme Court of Appeal dismissed their appeal against their convictions and instead increased their jail time to 20 years.
