Ingredients:
4 cups Basmati rice or 3 1/2 cups long grain
1 plum tomato
2 scotch bonnets (slightly spicy)
1-2 romano pepper
1 cup sunflower oil
1tbsp minced garlic
1 onion (sauce)
1/2 onion sliced
1/4 cup puree
Seasoning
1 tbsp chicken seasoning
1 tbsp all purpose seasoning
1 1/2 tbsp curry
3-4 bay leaves
