I Needed to Be Honest With Myself About This

This video is me being honest about something I have been wrestling with for a while. I have been trying to figure out how to move forward with both parts of my work — keeping the agency running as a steady cashflow business while building SyncPathSolutions into the main long term vision.

For a moment it felt like I had stepped away from the agency completely, almost forgetting that it is something I built and something that still works. Taking a step back made me realise I do not need to give it up. I just need to maintain it properly while putting more focus into the consultancy.
