Shrimp Udon in Garlic & Onion Sauce 洋葱蒜香虾仁乌冬面
Ingredients:
Serves 3 pax

400g fresh udon noodles
1 medium onion (can be red or yellow onion but red onion is more fragrant)
4 cloves garlic (chopped)
120g shrimp / prawns (remove shells & veins)
1 tablespoon butter (or margarine)
1 handful of green vegetables (choy sum or kailan)
2 tablespoons light soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
0.5 teaspoon grounded black pepper
1 tablespoon premium dark soy sauce
