Travancore Foundation ever since its inception in the year 2009 continues to be a stable
element in the lives of many seniors in a world of uncertainty and unpredictability. We are
committed to provide the best senior care every day through our core values of joy in
service, excellence, transparency, integrity, team- work, respect, and love. We have
explored our self in the area of assisted living and are looking forward to step on to the
transactional and rehab care. Presidency Homes, Ernakulam, our newest addition on this
area offers well designed transitional and rehab care, where our experienced and empathic
team ensures total quality and continuity of care, as per established care management
protocol during their transition from hospital to home.

As being the first assisted living facility ever to receive accreditation in India, but also to
achieve platinum level accreditation, we are committed in educating and preparing the next
generation in long-term care through Travancore Foundation Education and Research
Centre on Aging (TF ERCA).  We are delighted to receive national recognition for our efforts,
but our work is not complete.  We are trying to fill in the space of health care beyond
hospitals. The space where there is a lack of quality health care. We are committed to
provide patient centric quality service which can transform their journey towards wellness
