Wear protection in concrete plant | Coating covers of mixing systems | WEICON WPG-19

In this video, we show step by step how we coated the cover of a mixing system in a concrete plant with our high-performance wear protection system WEICON WPG-19. The aim of the coating is to provide long-term protection for the surface against erosion and abrasion caused by coarse particles.

WEICON WPG-19 is a fibre-reinforced, ceramic-filled two-component epoxy resin system. The grey coating contains ceramic beads with a diameter of up to 2 mm.
